Apps covered

This policy covers Companion Collection for Apple Watch (com.vortrekdev.watchcompanions) and these Wear OS watch faces: Lumi Axolotl, Ember Dragon, Poppy Bunny, Miso Cat, Cozy Capybara, Scout Dog, Ollie Otter, Pip Penguin and Maple Red Panda.

Wear OS watch faces

The faces are resource-only Watch Face Format packages rendered by Wear OS. They contain no executable app code, internet permission, advertising or analytics SDK, account system or developer-operated server connection. They do not send personal information or watch data to us.

Wear OS manages appearance settings and supplies the clock, selected complications and available system weather. Those providers handle their own permissions and data processing. We do not receive their location, weather or complication data. The workout scene is decorative and selected manually; the faces do not detect or record exercise. Google Play handles paid downloads and payment information under Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Companion Collection for Apple Watch

The app displays bundled artwork and animations. Scene and color selections are held during the app session; Apple manages complication settings. Decorative weather and workout scenes do not access live weather, location or workout data. The app has no advertising, analytics SDK, developer account, health access, location access or developer-operated backend.

Optional permanent companion unlocks use Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payments and communicates with StoreKit to load prices, complete or restore purchases and verify ownership. The app and complications read verified transaction records to unlock purchased content. We do not receive payment card details or operate a purchase server. Support, retention and deletion

If you contact our Gmail support mailbox, we receive your email address and any message or attachments you send. We use them to respond and manage the support request. Our email provider processes those messages. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

We keep support messages for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Email vortrekdev@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. A parent or guardian can request removal of a child's support message. There is no developer app account to delete. Uninstalling the app does not erase purchase records held by Apple or Google.

This website and security

These static pages use Cloudflare Pages and HTTPS, with no developer-added analytics, advertising scripts, forms or sign-in. Visiting the site sends technical information such as your IP address and browser headers to the hosting infrastructure to deliver and secure the site. See https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

The apps do not transmit watch data to our servers; payments remain with the platform stores. Support email is handled by our email provider. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Changes

If the covered apps' practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.
